About Me

My husband and I moved to North Carolina when I retired in 2003. We live in a quiet area five miles from the beach. Winston, our black Miniature Schnauzer, is a very important part of our lives. He is spoiled rotten and rules the house.

Our children and Grandchildren are living in Northern Virginia.   My Mother lives in Pinehurst, NC and we travel between the two places frequently.

I enjoy meeting other crafty people who like to Create, Share, and have a good time together.  I enjoy creating ideas that are not the norm.  Sometimes, it is hard to create something in a world of many people doing the same things, but I keep on trying.   I find that it is more productive to create when you have others that are creating at the same time.

As we enter 2017, I would like to build my team encouraging them to have fun, create together when possible, and communicate with each other.

Stampin’ UP! is a fantastic company that is really an online “family” that supports, offers training in many areas of business possibilities, and the family members help you when you are down, encourage you when you are up, and best of all, we are always connected via the Demonstrator Website or the many Facebook Groups.

Some people ask me, “Why Stampin’ UP!”   I have been purchasing products from Stampin’ UP! since the late 1990’s.  The company stands behind their products and their Demonstrators. The quality of their products is above standard. The stamp pads, markers, cardstock, embellishments, and even the ribbon are all color coordinated.  I really don’t like shopping in stores, so having the ability to look through a Catalog full of goodies, is just heavenly.   I order my products online and within the week, UPS is delivering my box or boxes.

There are three different types of Stamp Sets that they offer: Wood-Mounted, Clear-Mounted, and Photopolymer. While not all stamp sets are offered in Photopolymer, they are my favorites.

It is a relaxing and fun way to escape into the world of Crafting and I love being a Happy Shopper!
